Golden Encounters operates on an invite-only basis. To apply for access, you must submit an application through our website providing your first name, email address, age, and city. Submission of an application does not guarantee access to the Service. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
If your application is approved, you will receive an invite code via the email address you provided. Invite codes are single-use and non-transferable.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your application
- Submit multiple applications using different email addresses
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the Service
- Share, sell, or transfer your invite code to another person
5. Invite-Only Access
Access to Golden Encounters is granted at our sole discretion. We may limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Being placed on the waitlist or receiving an invite code does not create any contractual obligation on our part to provide continued access.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Golden Encounters and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The "Golden Encounters" name and logo are trademarks of Golden Encounters.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDEN ENCOUNTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your application data at any time by contacting us.
